Oooh! Yeah, that mesh looks to be of a much higher quality than his previous hair (though I'm with Lydia in regards to preferring the disheveled, freshly-washed, either-wildly-out-of-character-or-perhaps-too-in-character-for-Horace's-comfort look of the last post).
Heh, I think Horace's hair is symptomatic of how generally misguided he is. He is more appealing when he's more natural (both in personality and appearance) but that just isn't how he would prefer people to see him.
