  1. "Kvornan" means "November"? Cool :)

I should soooo go up to my friends tomorrow and say "Guess what? I was born in Ghent. On a Voshun. In Volith." Just to make them think I'm crazy :D

  2. LOL That'll confuse 'em good!

Some month names turn up as people names in Ashkay but not all of them. It's kind of like in English where you might meet someone called "April" or someone called "May" or "June" but it's not very likely that you'll meet someone called "October".

But "Allam" and "Nodim" are also men's names. "Kyrs" is female.

  3. You know, I actually always thought that "October" would be a great name for a boy. But then again, I have weird taste in names.

  4. I know how you feel. I've always liked "Autumn" for a boy but no one seems to think that's terribly masculine.

  5. "Autumn" strikes me as a unisex name. It would work on a boy, but it could also work on a girl. It would also make a nice surname.

  6. Makes a good pet name too. My bestfriend's cat is called "Autumn".
